Various Projects we can produce:

Office Building: A commercial building used primarily for business administrative operations. Office building operations are frequently co-located with other business functions, such as warehousing, retail, call centers or data centers or manufacturing. These administrative facilities frequently serve as corporate headquarters or business centers, and as such must meet strict aesthetic as well as functional design requirements.

Retail Store: A commercial building that serves as the location for consumers to purchase products or materials from the merchant.

Retail buildings come in all sizes, from small suites in flex / tech buildings to strip plazas and retail centers to stand-alone mega-stores that offer several acres of floor space. The design for a retail store is heavily dependent on the products being marketed.

Flex / Tech Building: A facility designed to accommodate a wide range of businesses. Frequently located in business parks or multi-building business centers, flex / tech buildings frequently house an assortment of unrelated businesses in separate suites. As such, a flex / tech building must be flexible enough to support a wide range of business activities. It will incorporate the features of other types of buildings: e.g., the storage space of a warehouse, utilities infrastructure for call centers or data centers, superior exterior finish and environmental controls for a retail store, etc.

A comparatively new type of commercial building, a flex / tech construction project requires the general contractor to have knowledge of and experience with many different types of buildings. Rostrum Companies diverse experience with warehouses, office buildings, distribution centers, call centers and other types of facilities allows us to build highly successful flex / tech buildings that meet the needs of a wide range of tenant businesses.

Data Center: A facility designed with stringent environmental control, utility infrastructure and security standards to support ongoing operations of one or more computer systems, used for processing, transmitting or warehousing large amounts of information in electronic format.

Manufacturing Facility: An industrial building where raw materials or parts are assembled in large quantities into finished products. Then are packaged for shipment to wholesalers or distributors.

Distribution Center: A warehouse and shipment facility that receives merchandise from multiple sources for the purpose of short-term storage, sorting, repacking and selective distribution to retail stores or customers. A distribution center supports high volumes of traffic, with large amounts of merchandise coming into the building and shipping out shortly thereafter. As such, this type of facility is characterized by advanced inventory control and storage systems, multiple loading/unloading access points and substantial warehousing capability.
